Do you know how excited I am to type that title?!?!? After 7 years of trying we have been blessed! Our little sweetheart is due 1/7/17. Seven is our lucky number apparently!
In the beginning...this was my view a lot. I have had bad nausea on and off but other than that, I've been feeling pretty good. I have definitely been tired the entire time so far. Everyone says you get more energy your 2nd trimester, so I'm waiting for that to kick in!
Josh was so excited that he got to continue giving me shots our whole first trimester! Ha...not really. My rear end is very happy that those are over with now!
Our first photo of our sweet babe at 6 weeks. Looks more like a bean. The first time you get to see your baby and hear their heartbeat is an amazing thing! I think Josh and I walked out of there with amazed grins on our face.
Here's our little dancer at 9 1/2 weeks.
On the ultrasound we could see the baby just wriggling and moving all over the place. Totally looked like Josh's dance moves in that moment!
Feels so good to enter our 2nd trimester and not have to keep a secret anymore! All the love and congratulations we have received has blown our minds. This baby is so loved already!
I still am in disbelief when I think that God has blessed us with this gift. I posted this a year ago and how true the saying is! His timing truly is the best. Those were are still in the battle of infertility are in my daily prayers. I pray that this gives you hope and reinforces that God really answers prayers!
