Friday Favorites

So ready. My husband will be home for the weekend. Before they start back working long hours. It was nice to see him last night. Worked all day and drove 3 and a half hours just to see is for an hour before he had to go back to bed. Love that man:
Ha ha! I love the pic above. Amen to that. Happy, happy Friday! I'm so glad it's the weekend.

My favorite happening this week was meeting Melanie and sweet Ella Kate for lunch! Sweet Ella Kate is just a doll baby. Sweetest smile and dimple on her cheek. Please keep her in your prayers that she will experience full healing of her heart. We know that our God is the ultimate healer!

Loved our trip to Michigan two weeks ago. I hadn't posted any pics from that trip yet, so here are a few of my favorites.

We announced to the kiddos about the baby coming. Let's just say they were excited. I made all of their shirts. I only wish we had gotten their responses on video!

We went to the "Airzoo" in Kalamazoo. What a fun place for kids and adults. As you can see. :o)

Okay. I'll be straight up here. Regular clothes are not fitting so good with this big ole' belly growing. But I'm repulsed by most of the maternity fashion available (and I don't want to break the bank either). Any suggestions of where to look? I'm trying to get by with clothes I already own but that's going to come to an end soon. Loft and Gap are my go to's right now but I'd love any suggestions. I enjoy fashion too much to let it slide for the next 4 1/2 months! Ha! Here are some pins that show what kind of stuff I'm looking for.

This cracked me up today. It popped up in my phone app. I immediately texted Josh. If you've ever seen his hairline you'll get the joke. He appreciated my humor...not.

This is from last week. I wasn't joking about the belly getting big!

I started working on creating a baby registry. Any products that you couldn't live without? I welcome suggestions! There is so much out there that it's a little overwhelming!

Enjoy your weekend! We are going to relax on the lake and spend time with friends!

  1. You are NOT big! And my favorite maternity clothes were from Loft as well. I got some cute things from Old Navy, and I especially loved their maxi dresses (so cute, so comfy). I got some cute things from Motherhood Maternity too. Good luck with your registry -- I stressed out way too much about mine haha.
