The Fourth

Happy 4th of July everyone! A big thank you to those who have in the past or currently serve our country. We can't thank you enough for protecting our freedom! I pray that God continues to bless our wonderful country, we really have it good here!
Here's a few yummy pinterest recipes that I'm going to try today!

Love the kabobs! No Bananas though- sub marshmellows. Tomato pie is always a favorite too!

We celebrated a little early yesterday by going to Symphony at the Park. Of course, the forecast was calling for rain the whole time but thankfully it only rained for about 10 minutes! We all ran over to Whole Foods to pick out our picnic dinner. I had the chicken salad on a pretzel croissant. So yummy!! The symphony was wonderful. They played patriotic medleys, odes to the 50's and even a Michael Jackson medley! It was so fun.

It's also the anniversary of my blog- I can't believe I've been blogging for 3 years! While I haven't been the most consistent blogger, it's been fun to keep track of memories and moments in our lives.
Thanks for reading and joining us on our journey of life!
