Stitchfix #6

I was excited to come home to a pretty pile of packages at my door. One of them was my Stitchfix box! (The other two were from JCPenney's, new couch slipcovers!)

This is a review of my 6th box from Stitch Fix. What fun it is to see that little box waiting on my doorstep! I decided to try Stitch Fix a while ago when I heard about it from a friend. I felt that I'm always pretty "safe" with my style choices and felt that maybe I could use a little push from a stylist. My boxes each time have been pretty reflective of my style, with some "out of my comfort zone" items thrown in. If you're interesting in trying out Stitch Fix- click my referral link below.

Jeanie- you were a pretty awesome stylist! Out of my box there was only 1 item I disliked! I was bummed about them not having that top that I loved, but I got one today that I like even more!

Item 1: Collective Concepts May Chevron Print Knit Back Top $54.00
I really liked this top when I pulled it out of the box. Style wise- it was a very cute print and perfect for spring. The fit wasn't awful but it wasn't the best either. I would have liked the length to be a little longer. You can see me wearing the top with item number 2 next.
Verdict- Return

Item #2: Kut From The Kloth Siena Capri Pant $58
Honestly, when I pulled the pants out of the box I thought the material was very weird. But once I had the pants on, I kind of liked that the material was not as heavy and there was a bit of stretch. I haven't decided if I'm keeping these or not, since I already have a couple pairs of capri's. I think I may request in my next box the same pants but in a different color.
Verdict- Undecided

Item #3: Market and Spruce Sam Hi-Lo Short Sleeve Top- $44.00
I so wanted to love this top.....it kills me. I loved the color and how it looked holding it up but the minute I put it on, I knew it wouldn't work. It's a really soft knit but clingy which just looks all wrong with my chest area. Oh well!
Verdict- Return

Item #4: Papermoon Birch Lace Detail Blouse $44.00
LOVE, LOVE, LOVE (imagine a bunch of heart emoji's). I've been waiting for a stylist to send me a pretty top and I think I hit jackpot with this one. I love the feminine lace and floral print. I also love that it's longer in the back then the front. The tag says it's by Papermoon for Stitchfix, so I know that no one else will be wearing it unless they recieve a Stitchfix box. I can't wait to wear it with rolled up jeans or a cute pair of shorts.
Verdict- KEEP!

Item #5: Bancroft Sansome Cut Out Spade Drop Earrings $32.00
I forgot to fill out the no jewelry part for this month's box. Oops. While cute, I already have quite a few pairs of gold drop earrings.
Verdict- Return

This fix was pretty successful. I'm most likely keeping 2 out of 5 items. It's such a fun treat to recieve a box full of goodies from a stylist.
