We celebrated Independence Day with family and friends at my parent's house. We had grand plans to spend the afternoon on the lake. We went out for about 45 minutes and then the storm clouds rolled in. We all huddled on the boat and waited to see if it would pass...were we ever wrong! That rain began to pour down. Have you ever felt rain come down as a boat is moving? It's like little stinging pellets! OUCH! We made it back finally (soaked of course) but then began our afternoon of great food and fellowship!
Our fun decor!
