Josh and I just wrapped up a busy weekend! He was gone on a business trip which left me with lots of time! Thank goodness for Netflix-which allowed for watching season 1 and 2 (!!!) of Everybody Loves Raymond. I had watched a few episodes here and there before- but gosh golly...it's hilarious!! (This may be a good time to tell me to get a life...6 hrs of nonstop watching is bad, right?)
I didn't spend the ENTIRE weekend watching sitcoms, I promise! On Saturday, my sister Danielle and I rented bikes Uptown and spent a good 1 1/2 hours biking the greenway. It was a fun (except for the hills!!) way to spend my morning. Sister bonding is always great! Then in the evening my mom, sister and myself headed out to the Speedway to the "Faith, Family and Freedom" tour. We enjoyed listening to Mandisa, Sanctus Real, For King and Country, Plumb and Building 429. Let me just go ahead and say that those lovely Australian boys from For King and Country were easy on the eyes and ears! My mom and I were just mesmerized by their accents.
So, that's the end of my first blog post! Enjoying a fun day being lazy around the house! Happy to have my husband home!
In case you're wondering what my aforementioned husband looks like...wonder no more!
